Horses look out of their stalls in a sunlit barn. “Know your horse’s day, even when you’re away.” Cinch’s daily care demo shows shared tasks and horse records. The mobile owner portal shows horse photo updates. The billing demo brings board and extra care into one place. A caretaker greets a horse, followed by the Cinch logo and an invitation to explore the demo at joincinch.com/demos and ask about a pilot. Soft instrumental music accompanies the film; there is no spoken narration.

01

Know the care is covered.

Horse profiles, care plans, and daily checklists keep the right instructions close.

02

Keep everyone in the loop.

Shared tasks and owner updates mean less chasing texts and repeating yourself.

03

Keep track of every extra.

Connect completed services to charges, so month-end takes less remembering.

PEACE OF MIND, FROM FIRST FEED TO LIGHTS OUT.

FEEL GOOD
ABOUT the day.

Plan the day, record the care, keep owners informed, and bring completed services into billing. Cinch gives the details a place to live, so you don’t have to carry them all.

01 / THE DETAILS ARE TAKEN CARE OF

LET YOUR
MIND REST.

You know every horse’s little quirks. You shouldn’t have to hold every feed change, blanket request, and appointment in your head, too.

Give those details a place to live. Your team knows what needs doing. Owners know their horses are in good hands. And you can leave for the evening with a clearer head.

02 / FROM FIRST FEED TO LIGHTS OUT

THE CINCH WAY

KNOW WHAT’S
TAKEN CARE OF.

From morning feed to monthly invoices,
the details stay connected.

01Today’s tasks

Start the morning with a clear picture. See what’s done, what needs attention, and who’s taking care of it — without chasing anyone down.

02Horse records

The right details, even when you’re not there. Feed, turnout, care plans, contacts, and history stay with the horse, so good care doesn’t depend on one person’s memory.

03Care plans

Know that the little things happened. A completed task, a quick note, a photo — small reassurances that carry from one shift to the next.

04Owner updates

Give owners the reassurance they’re looking for. Clear updates and a place for requests help them feel close to their horse’s day, even from a distance.

05Board & billing

Let the work you’ve already done find its way to the bill. Board and extra services stay together, with less remembering, retracing, and Sunday-night admin.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Is my barn too small?

No. There’s no minimum horse count. Whether you care for a few horses or manage a busy barn, Cinch is designed around the work you do every day.

What brings it all together?

The small moments that usually need a follow-up. A request becomes a task, completed care becomes an update, and billable services become charges. Less remembering what happens next.

What if I do it all myself?

Then you deserve a little less to carry. Cinch keeps the plan in one place so you can see what needs attention, pick up where you left off, and get back to the horses.

What about life in the barn aisle?

Phones first. Clear tasks, quick notes, and the right information at hand — designed for the moments when you’re with the horses, away from a desk.

Try barn setup

Start with the barn you already have

Confirm your barn details, import your horse list and review care before the first day. A guided photo or walkthrough draft is in development: readable nameplates and boards can reduce typing, while you stay in control of what becomes a record.

Bring clear stall-nameplate photos and care boards, or a short walk through your barn, arenas and turnout areas. Missing owner details and care schedules still need your confirmation.
