When you contact Cinch, we collect the name, email address, role, barn name, and message you choose to share. We also include the submission date and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we can understand which information brought you here.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your inquiry and understand what people need from Cinch. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please don’t include payment details, medical records, or sensitive information in your message.

Where it goes

Our website runs on Railway, with domain services from Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes inquiries and delivers them to Cinch’s inbox, hosted by Gmail. FormSubmit’s documentation states that it keeps a submission archive for 30 days. Emails in our inbox may remain longer while we handle your inquiry. These providers may process data outside your country.

Website data

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this microsite. Our hosting providers may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses and request information, to run and protect their services. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives the network information needed to deliver them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your inquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing obrientt@gmail.com. Please use the email address you submitted so we can locate it.
